We can credit your account the yearly Program fee, if requested within 30 days of billing. If at any time you would like to cancel your participation in the Program, and lose any accumulated miles, please call the number on the back of your card. Thereafter, your Program membership will be renewed automatically each year at the then-current yearly Program fee as long as your account is not in default, unless you notify us of cancellation prior to renewal. There is a $30 yearly Program fee, which will be waived the first year. See Rewards Program Rules and Regulations which will be mailed after your account is established. There is no maximum number of miles that you can accumulate in the program. You do not earn miles on balance transfers, cash advances, any checks that are used to access your account, money orders, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account. However, we do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for the 2 bonus miles. We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made in each particular category. Online and catalog purchases are not eligible to receive the bonus miles unless the merchants have correctly identified and billed the transactions. Purchases not eligible to receive the 2 bonus miles include, but are not limited to, purchases made at superstores, warehouse clubs, and discount stores.

Retail establishments must classify their merchant location for Visa/MasterCard as one of the following bonus categories: grocery stores (that are not affiliated with or departments of superstores, warehouse clubs or discount stores), gas & convenience stores, quick service payment/fast food restaurants, telecommunications, cable/satellite TV/Internet Service Providers, video rentals, department stores, dry cleaners, drugstores, movie theatres, local and suburban commuter passenger transportation (including ferries, bridges, tolls, parking garages, taxis/limos), pet supply stores and veterinary services, utilities, beauty shops (salons and spas), or gym/recreation memberships. The top bonus categories earning the 2 bonus miles vary monthly depending on your spending habits. Each billing cycle, you will also earn an additional 2 bonus miles for each $1 of eligible net purchases made at merchant locations in the 6 bonus categories where you have spent the most. You will earn 1 base mile for each $1 in net purchases. Existing cardmembers/accounts are not eligible for this bonus offer. This one-time bonus offer is valid only for first-time cardmembers with new accounts. First purchase/first use includes purchases, balance transfers, or any checks that are used to access your account, and excludes cash advances.
